To fry: Rissoles, Samosas, Coxinhas, Croquettes, Arancinis, Cod Fritters and Crepes.
Step 1: Heat the oil in the fryer between 170ºC and 180ºC.
Step 2: Remove the product from the freezer and put it directly in the fryer.
Step 3: Place some units in the fryer at a time in order to not lower the oil temperature.
Step 4: Stir the rissole until it is golden in both parts and until the product reaches a minimum temperature of 75ºC inside.
Important note: Observe the products in the fryer during the cooking process, since the indication of the binomial time / temperature varies according to the characteristics of the equipment used.
To bake: Rissoles, 100% Oven, Pot Pies, Qiches and Luanas
Step 1: Heat the oven well to 220ºC, in a conventional oven, and to 200ºC, in a ventilated oven.
Step 2: Remove the product from the freezer.
Step 3 (optional): Prepare the tray with parchment paper.
Step 4 (optional): Spray or brush the frozen Rissole with a bit of oil on both sides for a more golden colour. In the case of pies and luanas, brush the frozen product with egg yolk on the top.
Step 5: Cook the product (s) between 10 to 15 minutes, until a minimum temperature of 75ºC is reached inside.
Important note: Observe the products in the oven during the cooking process, since the indication of the binomial time / temperature varies depending on the characteristics of the equipment used.
To steam: Gyozas
Step 1: Remove the product from the freezer.
Step 2: Heat a frying pan with a little oil and sauté the Gyozas on both sides.
Step 3: Add a little water so that the bottom of the pan is filled and cover it, allowing to cook for 5 to 6 minutes, until reaching a minimum temperature of 75ºC inside.
Step 4: Remove and serve.
Ready to Eat: Bolas
– Option 1 – Defrost and ready to eat
Step 1: Remove the product from the freezer and place it to defrost in the refrigerator.
Step 2: The product should be allowed to defrost for at least 4 hours.
Step 3: Remove and serve.
– Option 2 – Microwave
Step 1: Remove the product from the freezer and place it in the microwave in a defrost program.
Step 2: Remove and serve
– Option 3 – Oven
Step 1: Heat the oven to a temperature between 180ºC and 200ºC.
Step 2: Remove the product from the freezer and place it in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove and serve.
Important note: The product must, after defrosting, be consumed on the same day. The indication of the time / temperature binomial may vary depending on the characteristics of the equipment used.
