NEW LINE OF PRODUCTS: WITH ASIAN INSPIRATION WE PRESENT THE GYOZAS OF TRADITIONAL RISSOLARIA

The New line of Traditional Rissolaria will make us travel through the “WORLD” culture of Street Food and Snacks.

Gyozas (small thin pastries, filled and steamed in Asian countries) are the starter of this menu that we serve at this moment, in two flavours: chicken and shrimp.

An excellent option for all our friends and customers looking for a practical and light product, in which the fusion with Mediterranean flavors is very present. Product made in Portugal.

For a correct preparation of the Gyozas the Chef recommends:

Step 1 – Remove the product from the freezer.
Step 2 – Heat a frying pan with a little oil and sauté the dumplings on both sides.
Step 3 – Add a little water so that the bottom of the pan is filled and cover it, allowing it to cook for 5 to 6 minutes, until reaching a minimum temperature of 75ºC inside.
Step 4 – Remove and serve.

Important Note: Observe the products in the frying pan during the cooking process, as the indication of the time/temperature binomial varies according to the characteristics of the equipment used.
