Easy to store and transport, these pies have an ancient history dating back to the Greeks and the Romans.

The approved range of pies by our Chef contemplates 13 different fillings in different shapes and weights to meet different needs for different moments.

Step 1: Heat the oven well to 220ºC, in a conventional oven, and to 200ºC, in a ventilated oven.

Step 2: Remove the product from the freezer.

Step 3 (optional): Prepare the tray with parchment paper.

Step 4 (optional): Spray or brush the frozen Rissole with oil on both sides for a more golden colour. In the case of pies and luanas, brush the frozen product with egg yolk on the top.

Step 5: Cook the product (s) between 10 to 15 minutes, until a minimum temperature of 75ºC is reached inside.

Important note: Observe the products in the oven during the cooking process, since the indication of the binomial time / temperature varies depending on the characteristics of the equipment used.
